Permit paperwork submitted to appropriate City/County offices
Site preparation
Sod removal, cap irrigation, any additional protective barriers installed at job site
Pool layout
Pool shape layout with wood and string lines
Excavation
Phase 3

Excavation of pool area
Form and Steel
Exact measurements for form, stabilization rock, and rebar installed to prepare for shell
Plumbing and Electrical
Prepare structure for drains, jets, lights, and other features
Shell and Deck
Phase 4
Footer
Footings are excavated on perimeter of deck to code
Gunite
Concrete blend shot through high pressure hose, forms a thick, solid structure
Tile and Coping
Coping and tile cut and set individually based on client selections
Grade and backfill
Dirt backfilled to cover any exposed pipes, and soil compacted to minimize shifting
Decking/Pavers
Pool decking/pavers and deco drains installed
Custom Features
Additional pool features such as deck jets, fire bowls, bubblers are installed or prepared
Finalize
Phase 5
Pool Equipment Install
Equipment installed on an oversized concrete pad
Screen Enclosure / Safety Features
Screen enclosure and/or safety features required
Interior Surface and Fill with Water
Shell is prepped, cleaned, and selected interior finish is applied
Landscape
Landscape to complete the outdoor living space
Homeowner Orientation
Project manager walks client through how to operate and maintain the pool
